"How long will my order take to arrive?"
We send 98% of parcels on an overnight service. Some larger parcels are sent on an economy service depending on location and may take an extra 2-3 days
There are higher volumes during holiday periods and may lead to delays in the courier networks so expect anything up to 10 working days, once you have your tracking number.
"How long can I expect to wait for my order to process?"
Generally orders are processed within 24 hours, Excluding weekends and public holidays (when couriers don't pick up) All orders placed over the weekend are usually ready for the courier by Monday.
Please allow ample time to receive your items and order well in advance. We don't like delays as much as you!
You will be issued with a tracking number to self monitor your shipment. Once your parcel has left our premises, there isn't any further info that we have access to aside from what shows up from your tracking number and we are unable to speed up the process.
If it has been more than 10 working days please contact us and we will be happy to help investigate.
Vinyl is rolled neatly and sent in courier bags or boxes. Recycled materials may be used to help package your order to ensure it arrives safely.
Occasionally another courier service provider may be necessary if our first preference is unavailable, this can sometimes depend on your location.
Rural addresses have a subsidised surcharge to cover the cost of shipping. If incorrect method has been chosen, an invoice will be sent to the registered email address and orders will not be sent until the balance has been paid.
Sorry we do not deliver to PO boxes.
